I didn’t want to blog again but reading tonight of trumps piquish evil machinations to make life difficult for the US Postal Service is really quite sordid; re mail voting for the forthcoming presidential election. As has been proven, everything trump says is in fact quite the opposite, ie his mantra ‘drain the swamp’ has in fact meant HE BRINGS the swamp to Washington, to the White House. Likewise his mantra ‘fake news’ in fact indicates he himself ie trump is the fake.

What worried me a couple of weeks ago was the Fox interview and trump saying “I’m not a good loser” inferring he may not leave the White House voluntarily which totally insults and abandons any idea of democracy. Sorry to say this ‘sunshine’ but you are only in the WH as long as the population of the USA thinks fit. The “I’m not a good loser” also contradicts any objective view of donalds life in that apart from the cossetting bubble of inherited wealth he is in fact a TOTAL LOSER.
trump never ever accepted that he got into office with a Faustian pact that his crooked backers the Republicans were ‘prepared’ to accept as long as it got them into the Top Seat, however sordid. They would have backed a chimpanzee as long as it got them the win. Think: Russia.
The evil of trump is what he has done, endless wrecking-ball rollbacks, as Biden says reducing America to a laughing stock, reputation in tatters, uncouth, inknowledgeable, endlessly ignorant, a mafia style family ‘grab all and fck the rest’ mentality. It seems in trump world (no surprise) the five second media byte and whirring helicopter blades are the only reality he will allow you.
Presidential – NO; a tinpot hapless ruler – YES.
Get rid of him.
And all the while the climate problem never gets to be addressed and the poor and brown are ever yet more anxious.
postscript: the Michael Cohen book is sorely needed lest there remain within the voting public any pockets of foolish voters that think there can be any good to trump. Biden this week has quite openly described the US reputation overseas “as in tatters”. Even this morning at 0830 bbc r4 (15 Aug ’20) incredulously and flying in the face of reality and objective reporting had some pundit from America telling us how well trump had done for the economy ….. surely not, the economic good news was all the work of Obama, trump presides over nothing but discord and disharmony., a wrecking ball. This very concious bias from bbc r4 really does beggar belief and is shameful.
Heres the Cohen book and as Michael tells us he really thinks trump will not leave the White House in November, as trump knows the inevitable outcome is jail.
