With the virus shutdown there very seldom is any chemtrail to be seen (maybe say only something every three days) and so now we have the problem such clear blue skies will aid heat absorption by the oceans. Therefore its my guess governments will put forward the idea quite openly that we need to spray our skies to hinder climate change and slow down the seas warming and hinder the crucial but inevitable and dreaded methane release. For instance google for methane hydrate, an ice-free Arctic, thawing permafrost, East Siberian Ice Shelf.
I had a bad dream the other day, quite horrible in fact, a total inept termed donald j trump (I deny him upper case) …. had become President of the United States ! One can only state that this is indeed beyond the realm of sanity … preposterous!
Here in the UK its my opinion the lockdown leaves a lot to desired, there is seemingly total refusal to deal specifically with those in health care and their immediate family, how in fact they are a ‘special case’ and need much greater rigour in how they circulate after they leave work. Has anyone mentioned this so far – looks to be not. They will; they will have to as too many ‘innocent people’ are being needlessly corralled. The sight of those silly pale blue plastic pinnies drives me nuts, the slightest breeze and they are flying around all over, as good as useless I assume.
Note the irony if that’s the word that the virus shutdown is in fact facilitating the reduction of carbon footprint, of unnecessary airflights etc – just what the planetary doctor ordered! Huge sheds with respirators, much limited personal mobility, all as would be required when the methane time bomb hits.
… is mostly better when I switch back to the old stack ie firefox and XP O/S. Immediately I can get at the info I’m looking for, the newer windows 10 is like a straightjacket re results and also the O/S interface is abysmal.
Immediately I find a website that is new to me, firstly melting permafrost and secondly a Jan 15 2020 article of yet again seabird die-off. My own hobby horse and fascination has been algae and plankton and my concern with the hardly barely reported loss of diatoms, the irony being 70% of the worlds oil and gas is derived from ancient deposits accrued from diatoms. And oh yes … every fifth breath we take we owe to the oxygenating properties of diatoms.
I’m also still vexed that trump and his crooked hangers-on waste the news cycle and the time of adults when we have better things to be attending to ie climate change.
Blimey, this is worrying. I wonder also how the common earthworm is faring, without it we are snookered. Likewise plankton and remember marine diatoms are utterly essential. I hate to be a doomster but when things ‘get into gear’ re species loss it will all happen frighteningly fast ie a few years. Likewise in my opinion ice loss is being dreadfully under forecast, it seems to my mind laughable when we hear on serious news programmes “Greenland ice could all be gone by the end of the century”, even as a kid I can tell you ice goes a lot quicker than thought credible. More like ten years than eighty, just my guess that’s all.
I wonder if this freshwater mussel die-off is tied into aluminium levels from chemtrail, I also wonder at the diatom and algal populations in the river under question, the Clinch River. These last few days theres been plenty to see on NASA Worldview; but first, mussel die off links ….
Most certainly change is afoot, buildings toppling, tundra reduced to a squishy mess, roads disturbed and in some cases unusable.
I’ve refrained from ever posting a picture of the difficulties for Polar Bears, its sort of perhaps a tad comic in the image below but mostly sad that these fine creatures are reduced to scavenging through human cast off junk and detritus to find a morsel. As I’ve said before, a picture of a starving polar bear should be nailed to the forehead of the nasty clown known as d.j.trump so that he can appreciate the subject to which he is an arch-denier ie climate change.
Maybe yes Polar Bears are scavengers, they can drift inward to seek out something from human presence but we all know these fine animals need to be out on the ice and following tens of thousands or millions of years of pre-programmed instinct.
However, we must be careful how we interpret a photograph.
I’ve done sufficient to know where we are heading with methane, the East Siberian Ice Shelf methane time-bomb etc. Yet in these early days of the unfolding methane ‘problem’ its horrible to see the waves of information and pictures unfold confirming where we are heading.
I got the twitter from the Paul Beckwith youtube channel.
Hint: google for the arctic map and note all the shallow sea that covers the undersea thawing permafrost, I read somewhere it is up to 20km thick, all ripe for frozen hydrate to thaw, the subsea frozen cap to disappear and microbial activity to get into full swing and for sealed methane gas deposits to vent. Green things, trees and plants will go into reverse, shutdown and already the 20% of CO2 conversion offered by oceanic plankton, algae (diatoms etc) is most definitely declining.
It illustrates the stacking pernicious influences which in themselves arithmetically ensure sufficiently our downfall and even for this guaranteed scenario Sam Carana plays a light touch re the inevitable compounding and accelerating positive feedback loops that will push us into a whole new series of situations. Its all a quite dire mix, highly ironic as its mainly the consumption of oil and gas from ancient diatoms that has led to our demise, taking away the fundamental first layer of oceanic food chain and 20% of the worlds CO2 >O conversion. And yet no-one has ever seen a diatom with the naked eye.
I think I’m correct in saying it was independent scientist James Lovelock that discovered the gas DMS a product of oceanic plankton and its importance. I suggest read his autobiography, an instructive blend of practical science, talent and an independent thinking mind.
Sam Carana in a more recent post highlights the disregard paid by the latest IPCC (Sept 2019) briefing / report in which NO FIGURE IS QUOTED for the effects of subsea methane in its three forms, frozen hydrates, microbial, capped gas deposits. The IPCC are criminal in this neglect. However not as criminal as donald trump in the rolling back and eradication of decades of wise strategies to husband the planet more sensibly; but of course trump would know nothing of the natural world.
